Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Creator and Manager to join our team and take charge of curating engaging content for our various social media platforms, with a focus on Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat. As the Social Media Content Manager, you will be responsible for planning, creating, social media strategy to enhance our online presence and generate leads. Moreover managing content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our brand identity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for our social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Create and curate visually appealing and compelling content, such as images, videos, stories, and interactive posts, to enhance our online presence.
- Craft engaging captions and copy that effectively communicate our brand message and resonate with our audience.
- Schedule and publish content on social media platforms, ensuring consistency in posting frequency and timing.
- Monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to refine content strategy and keep up with industry best practices.
- Respond promptly to comments, messages, and interactions on all social media platforms, fostering engagement and building a strong community.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with ongoing campaigns and promotions.
- Analyze performance metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of social media efforts.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Proven experience as a Social Media Management and content creator with strong understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms and best practices for each.**_
- Strong understanding of _**social media platforms, trends, and best practices, especially Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat.**_
- Proficiency in content creation tools, graphic design, photo and video editing software.
- Excellent written communication skills and ability to craft engaging and compelling captions.
- Creativity and ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple platforms and projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and ability to interpret data to optimize content strategy.
- A keen eye for visual aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and management tools.
- Ability to stay up-to-date with industry changes and adapt content strategies accordingly.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 3-6 months

**Salary**: From AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
