**Marketing Executive
- Digital**

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Conduct digital brand and competitor research; identify customer personas and touchpoints.
- Work with the digital strategy team and performance marketing team in optimizing experiences of digital touch points.
- Working with customer engagement teams in generating customer journey maps and preparing content funnels
- Tracking and preparing ad performance data against product performance data to analyze business performance
- Identifying and structuring product information for high converting landing pages
- Influencer marketing research
- Identify market trends and insights and optimize strategies and execution plans on a timely basis.
- Ensuring CRM platforms are up to date and utilized for cross selling and upselling initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- 3 years of minimum experience in a similar role
- Experience in working with Meta, google and tiktok for marketing initiatives.
- Sound communications skills both written and verbal - English
- Strong presentation skills, including the ability to create engaging slides
- Strong quantitative skills, including the ability to mine data for insights and compelling recommendations.
- Self-driven with the energy and resilience to perform consistently at a high level in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
