Job Summary:
As a Pakistani Barbecue Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and cooking of a wide array of traditional grilled meats and kebabs. Your expertise in marinating, seasoning, and grilling various cuts of meat will play a pivotal role in ensuring the authenticity and delectable taste of our dishes. With a deep understanding of Pakistani barbecue techniques, you will uphold our commitment to serving exceptional barbecue delights.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Prepare and marinate a diverse selection of meats, including lamb, chicken, beef, and fish, using traditional Pakistani barbecue recipes and techniques.
2. Ensure the proper storage, handling, and quality of raw meat products, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
3. Oversee the grilling process to achieve optimal flavor and texture, paying attention to cooking times and temperatures.
4. Develop and maintain an array of signature barbecue sauces and accompaniments that complement the grilled dishes.
5. Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient preparation and presentation of barbecue dishes.
6. Innovate and create new barbecue recipes while preserving the essence of traditional flavors.
7. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the barbecue station and related equipment.
8. Collaborate with the management to plan special barbecue events and promotions.
9. Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain consistency and quality in barbecue preparation.
10. Engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide excellent service, showcasing the artistry and taste of our barbecue offerings.

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Pakistani Barbecue Chef or similar role, demonstrating expertise in preparing a wide range of grilled meats.
2. In-depth knowledge of Pakistani barbecue techniques, regional variations, and traditional spice blends.
3. Ability to handle and grill different types of meat, ensuring they are cooked to perfection.
4. Creativity in developing unique barbecue marinades, sauces, and seasoning combinations.
5. Strong attention to detail, ensuring the authenticity and quality of each dish.
6. Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle busy kitchen operations.
7. Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards, with the ability to follow health regulations.
8. Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire the kitchen team.
9. Passion for Pakistani cuisine and a desire to preserve and promote its culinary heritage.
10. Effective communication skills to interact with customers and collaborate with the kitchen staff.
