Mecahnical Draftman

Prepare detailed mechanical drawings, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems, for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.

Work closely with mechanical engineers and project managers to translate concepts and information into detailed technical drawings.

Ensure all mechanical drawings comply with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards.

Revise, update, and maintain mechanical drawings throughout the project lifecycle, incorporating changes as directed by engineers.

Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to prepare drawings and layouts with precision and accuracy.

Coordinate with other draftsmen and project team members to ensure consistency in design documentation.

Participate in project meetings to provide updates on drawing progress and to discuss challenges.

Manage and archive drawings and documentation efficiently, ensuring easy access and retrieval.

Essential Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Minimum of 4 years of UAE experience in building construction, specifically in mechanical drafting.

Proficient in CAD software, with a strong emphasis on AutoCAD and Revit.
