We are looking for a Graphics Designer cum Trainer to create engaging and on-brand graphics and teach design principles to students.

**What is the Role of a Graphics Designer cum Trainer?**

As a Graphics Designer cum Trainer, you will be responsible for visualizing and creating graphics, including illustrations, layouts, and photos, while also designing and delivering educational content to teach students graphic design skills. You will shape the visual aspects of various media and help students develop their design abilities through structured training and hands-on practice.

Your graphics should capture attention and effectively communicate messages, while your training should inspire and educate students. To excel in this role, you need a strong creative background and the ability to convey design concepts in an engaging and accessible manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Study design briefs and determine requirements for projects
- Conceptualize and create visuals based on requirements
- Develop illustrations and other designs for educational materials
- Use appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
- Design and deliver instructional content on design principles and software
- Teach students how to use design tools and create their own graphics
- Prepare and present training materials, including lectures, tutorials, and workshops
- Provide individual and group feedback to students on their design work
- Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods as needed
- Ensure all educational content and graphics are visually appealing and on-brand

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to teach and engage students
- A keen eye for aesthetics and detail
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Previous teaching or training experience is a plus
- A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
