**Key Responsibilities**:
**Team Leadership & Development**:
1. Lead and inspire a team of sales representatives to consistently exceed individual and team sales targets.

2. Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to help team members grow and improve their skills.

3. Organize and conduct team meetings to share best practices, address challenges, and foster a collaborative team environment.

4. Continuously monitor and assess team performance, ensuring alignment with company objectives and addressing any gaps.

**Sales Strategy & Execution**:
1. Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to increase revenue and market share within the gaming industry.

2. Work closely with senior management to ensure sales goals align with the overall business objectives and strategies.

3. Actively participate in client calls and meetings to close high-value deals and strengthen customer relationships.

4. Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to adapt sales strategies effectively.

**Customer Relationship Management**:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including gaming distributors, retailers, esports organizations, and direct-to-consumer clients.

2. Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service, quickly resolving any issues to foster customer loyalty.

3. Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and promote subscriptions or additional services to existing clients.

4. Work with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional activities, product launches, and campaigns.

**Performance Monitoring & Reporting**

1. Monitor and track team sales performance using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure data accuracy.

2. Generate and analyze regular reports on team performance, market trends, forecasts, and KPIs.

3. Identify areas for improvement based on performance data and proactively implement coaching or additional training as needed.

**Training & Knowledge Sharing**:
1. Conduct regular training sessions on the latest gaming industry trends, product updates, and effective sales techniques.

2. Keep the team informed about new gaming products, releases, and consumer preferences to improve sales approaches.

3. Promote a culture of knowledge sharing by collaborating with other team leaders and departments.

**Collaboration with Other Teams**

1. Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure seamless integration of sales activities with broader company initiatives.

2. Provide feedback to product teams on customer feedback and emerging trends to inform future product development.

3. Work closely with customer support teams to resolve issues and ensure a smooth, positive customer experience.

**Recruitment & Onboarding**:
1. Assist in the recruitment process to identify and hire new sales team members who align with the company’s goals and culture.

2. Support the onboarding of new hires, ensuring they understand the company’s products, sales processes, and the gaming industry landscape.

**Required Experience**:
**Experience**:

- 5+ years of leadership sales experience in the gaming industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in both B2B and B2C environments.
- Strong experience in using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage sales pipelines, track performance, and report results.

**Skills**:

- Expertise in sales strategies, negotiations, and closing high-value deals in the gaming space.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop sales talent.
- Excellent communication skills, both with clients and internal teams, to align on goals and drive performance.
- In-depth knowledge of the gaming market, products, consumer preferences, and competitive dynamics.

**Education**:

- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent industry experience is acceptable.
