**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Associate to join our team in the UAE. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Customer Service:
Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Actively listen to customer needs and preferences to provide personalized recommendations.

Assist customers in finding products, answer questions, and address concerns promptly.

Provide excellent customer service to build long-lasting relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Sales:
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Utilize effective sales techniques, such as upselling and cross-selling, to maximize revenue.

Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash and card payments.

Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and easily accessible.
- Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of our products, including features, benefits, and pricing.

Stay updated on the latest product information and promotions.

Share product knowledge with customers in a clear and concise manner.
- Inventory Management:
Assist with inventory control, including stock replenishment and stock takes.

Report any stock discrepancies or low-stock items to management.

Ensure products are properly labeled and priced.
- Store Operations:
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code and attendance guidelines.

Participate in store opening and closing procedures as required.

Assist with visual merchandising and display setup to enhance the store’s appeal.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience in retail sales preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in POS systems.
- Flexibility to work various shifts.
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills (e.g., Arabic) being an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:
