Fleet Coordinator

**POSITION TITLE**:Fleet Supervisor

**REPORTS TO: Workshop Supervisor**

Responsible for new vehicles registration. Also responsible for maintaining vehicle records, renewing insurance, ownership. Following up with Workshop supervisor about vehicles repairs and maintenance.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of drivers and other personnel involved in fleet operations.
- Ensure that all trucks are properly maintained, serviced, and inspected according to company standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize fleet efficiency and reduce operating costs.
- Monitor and track fleet performance, including fuel consumption, mileage, and maintenance expenses.
- Oversee the scheduling of deliveries and pickups to ensure timely and efficient operations.
- Maintain accurate records of fleet inventory, maintenance logs, and driver schedules.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by drivers or other team members in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and procurement, to coordinate fleet activities and support overall business objectives.

**Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge**:

- **Valid UAE driving license.**

**Education**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of fleet management software and systems.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.

**Experience**
- 3-5 years of GCC experience in a Fleet Supervisor role.
- Proven experience in managing a fleet of 30 trucks or more.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
