**Melodica **is seeking a passionate and skilled **Guitar or Drum Teacher** to join our team of music educators. **Responsibilities**:

- Deliver comprehensive and engaging guitar or drum lessons to students of various age groups and skill levels.
- Develop customized lesson plans and curriculum to suit individual students' goals and learning styles.
- Teach fundamental techniques, music theory, sight-reading, improvisation, and repertoire.
- Provide constructive feedback, guidance, and encouragement to students to foster their musical growth.
- Create a supportive and inspiring learning environment that promotes student engagement and motivation.
- Collaborate with other music teachers and staff to coordinate performances, recitals, and events.
- Stay updated with current trends and advancements in guitar or drum instruction methodologies.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in playing and teaching either guitar or drums with a strong foundation in music theory.
- Prior teaching experience, preferably in a one-on-one or group setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with students and their parents/guardians.
- Patient, positive, and motivational teaching approach that encourages students to reach their full potential.
- Ability to tailor lessons and materials to accommodate students with different skill levels and learning styles.
- Reliable and organized, with a commitment to punctuality and professionalism.
- Bachelor's degree in music education or related field.
