**_Petrofac is currently looking to recruit an IT Analyst - Engineering Support on a permanent basis based in Sharjah, UAE._**

**Main purpose of role**:
Application System Administrators for implementation & operations support of Engineering Applications portfolio.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implementation & operations support of CAD design tools.
- Engineering License Servers setup, Administration & Utilization Monitoring
- Troubleshoot and provide solutions for day-to-day end user operational issues
- Technical support for Application License procurement.
- Engineering Application Access control management
- Create & Manage knowledgebase library, SOPs/Technical work practices for all setups, configurations & installations.
- Application Backup setup & monitoring
- Periodic training of the Level 1 team on Installations
- Periodic Application upgrade & patch management support

**Knowledge & Qualifications**:

- Minimum of bachelor’s Degree or Diploma from an accredited college/ university.
- 2+ years within a Professional Organization and Experience in Application & License administration

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Ability to Meet Schedules and deadlines
- Knowledge in Application License management, installations & system administration.
- Having exposure in any programming, cloud or Citrix technologies is an added advantage
- Problem solving & decision-making skills
- Accurate & timely reporting
