Plumber, Mason, Electrician, and Helper

**Reports To**

**Plumber**:

- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structure.
- Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals
- Follow building plans and blueprints
- Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems
- Light construction, carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, ceiling and electrical work as required
- Expertise in managing and repairing various piping works (PPR, Copper, HDPE, PVC, Flex, PB)
- Understanding of water supply lines, pipes, pressure testing, and leak detection
- Familiarity with water distribution and disposal systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings
- Work as a team with other workers and follow instructions from supervisors.

**Electrician**
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures.
- Contribute insights on electrical aspects to enhance the overall design concept
- Perform custom wiring for features such as built-in electronics, home automation, and decorative elements
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in a timely manner.
- Execute repairs and provide solutions to maintain the integrity of the interior design
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical problems efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Adhere to safety protocols, codes, and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent.
- Keep abreast of industry advancements and best practices in electrical work

**Mason**
- Work closely with interior designers to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and smoothing as per design requirements.
- Install interior design elements, including decorative stonework, tile patterns, and custom finishes.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure seamless integration of design concepts.
- Execute precise measurements and cuts for materials to meet design specifications.
- Pay attention to detail to achieve high-quality finishes in alignment with the interior design vision.

**Helpers**
- Assist in the handling and transportation of materials required for interior design projects
- Prepare materials by cutting, organizing, and ensuring they are ready for use.
- Collaborate with the interior design team to ensure accurate placement of design components
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including storage areas for materials and tools
- Support other skilled workers, such as plumbers, electricians, masons, etc., at the project site
- Moving and lifting materials as required.
- Supporting team members with manual tasks
- Following safety guidelines and protocols
- Operating basic tools and equipment

**QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS**
- Must have at least 5 years working experience
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor
- Basic understanding of safety protocols
- With Good Work experience, Workmanship and Communication
- Must be Physically fit with Good physical condition and endurance
- Willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks
- UAE Driving License would be an additional benefit
