Draughtsman/cutting Lister

We are searching for a passionate and detail-oriented Cutting lister to join our team.

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent

**Responsibilities**:
What are the roles and responsibilities of Draughtsman?

The primary responsibility of a draftsman is to draft technical drawings for different objects, machines and structures. They usually use client notes and rough sketches to create designs. Draughtsman may also use different types of software and designing tools to draft product blueprints.
- Collaborating with other designers, and team to ensure that product specifications are viable.
- Use computer-aided design software to create 2D and 3D technical drawings.
- Calculate dimensions and material requirements.
- Edit technical draughts based on the recommendations of project engineers and architects.
- Outline the project's construction process on the technical drawings.
- Analyzing designs and determining required resources and project deadlines.
- Implementing design changes and making contingency plans as necessary.
- The ability to justify design changes.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Practical experience with software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD, etc.
- Establishing quality control standards.
- Ensuring all products are high-quality and that they conform to company standards and brand values.
- Evaluating prototypes and inspecting finished products to ensure that they are free from defects.
- Deadline-driven and committed to quality.
