The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth and expanding market presence for our shisha company. They will identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and market share.

Key Responsibilities:

- Market Analysis and Strategy:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities for growth in the shisha industry.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand the company's customer base.
- Analyze customer feedback and market data to adjust strategies and product offerings as needed.
- Sales and Business Development:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, distribution channels, and sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and suppliers to ensure ongoing business success.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners to maximize profitability and mutual benefit.
- Marketing and Branding:

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote shisha products and increase brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, and social media content.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase products and generate leads.
- Customer Relationship Management:

- Build strong relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and drive repeat business.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Financial Management:

- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial projections for business development activities.
- Monitor sales performance and financial metrics to track progress towards goals and objectives.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies to optimize profitability.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
- years of experience in business development or sales roles, preferably in the shisha or related industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactical plans effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
