**PROJECT MANAGER - MEP**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Planning and Execution**:

- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for MEP systems, including scope, schedule, and budget.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure MEP systems are integrated effectively into the overall project.
- Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of MEP systems.
- **Team Management**:

- Lead and manage MEP project teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor team performance.
- Facilitate team meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- **Budget and Cost Control**:

- Prepare and manage project budgets related to MEP systems.
- Monitor and control project costs, ensuring expenditures align with budget.
- Review and approve invoices, change orders, and cost reports.
- **Scheduling and Coordination**:

- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of MEP systems.
- Coordinate with other trades and stakeholders to avoid conflicts and ensure smooth integration.
- Address and resolve scheduling conflicts or delays promptly.
- **Quality Assurance and Compliance**:

- Ensure all MEP systems comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Implement quality control procedures and conduct inspections to verify compliance with project specifications.
- Address any non-compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
- **Risk Management**:

- Identify potential risks related to MEP systems and develop mitigation strategies.
- Resolve issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Prepare risk assessment reports and update stakeholders on potential impacts.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate documentation of MEP systems, including design changes, installation records, and inspection reports.
- Provide regular progress updates and status reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure all documentation is organized and accessible for future reference.
- **Client and Stakeholder Communication**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and project teams regarding MEP systems.
- Address client concerns and manage expectations effectively.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED25,000.00 per month
