Inspector - Civil & Roads - O&m

- eview and monitor variations to the work to mitigate time and cost impacts. L
- iaise with the Client’s and Contractor’s Inspectors and Project Engineers with support and guidance in assuring timely due diligence in all project requirements: safety, cost, quality and schedule. S
- upervised specialist sub-contractors, providing thorough induction and signing off permits to work. C
- hecked technical drawings for adherence to standards and maintained operational compliance. S
- upport Asset Manager in planning and implementing short
- and long-term capital and expense projects for Community development. M
- anage regional roads and community roads as per the ADM Regulations. M
- aintenance of the Regional Road directional signage, Warning and Control signs as per ADM Standard. O
- peration and Maintenance of the infra & Recreation projects as per ADM standards. M

- anaging third-party service providers by enforcing the agreed-upon scope of services within the various signed service agreements.

B
- achelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent is required. 5
- + years of experience is required. I
- nfrastructure Experience is an advantage. R
- elevant experience on FM O&M projects is required. E
- xcellent communication and computer skills. E
- xcellent command of the English Language. T
