Mussafah, United Arab Emirates Ardent Decoration Works Full time

We are looking for a meticulous Quantity Surveyor to manage all aspects of cost management and quantity surveying for our projects. The Quantity Surveyor will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are delivered within budget and to the highest standards of quality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for construction projects.
- Evaluate and analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to determine quantities of materials, labor, and equipment required.
- Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to optimize project costs while maintaining quality and performance standards.
- Procure subcontractor and supplier quotations and negotiate contracts to ensure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
- Monitor project costs throughout the construction phase and prepare regular cost reports and forecasts for project stakeholders.
- Assess and approve variations and change orders, ensuring that all changes are properly documented and communicated to relevant parties.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve cost-related issues and mitigate risks.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements related to construction costs and procurement practices.

Quantity Surveyor Requirements:
 Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

 Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor on construction projects, preferably in [specific sector or industry].

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.

 Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

 Knowledge of construction contracts, procurement methods, and cost management techniques.

 Professional certification or membership in a relevant professional organization (e.g., RICS, AACE) is desirable but not essential.

 Minimum 2 years of uae experience

 3 years of experience in same field

 Multi language capacity needed, especially English and Hindi, Arabic is an advantage.

Salary will be discussed with you in an interview with your qualification and experience.

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
