8Flamez is founded by the biggest content creator in the Middle East: AboFlah. Our Game Studio will be creating a game backed by a celebrity gamer launched to millions of people across the Middle East.

**About the Work**

**Who Should Apply**
- Proven experience as a Game Designer, preferably with a focus on mobile games.
- Strong understanding of mobile game design principles, player psychology, and free-to-play mechanics.
- Proficiency in game design tools and software (e.g., Unity).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative development environment.
- A portfolio showcasing your previous game design work.

**Things you'll be doing**

**1) **Concept Development**:

- Generate innovative game ideas and concepts.
- Create detailed design documents, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate game mechanics and features.

**2) **Game Mechanics and Systems**:

- Design and balance game mechanics, systems, and economies.
- Develop intuitive user interfaces and engaging gameplay experiences.

**3) Level Design**:

- Create and iterate on levels, ensuring they are fun, challenging, and visually appealing.
- Collaborate with artists and programmers to integrate assets and features.

**4) Player Experience**
- Focus on player engagement and retention.
- Conduct playtests and gather feedback to improve the overall player experience.

**5) Collaboration**
- Work closely with artists, developers, and other team members to ensure a cohesive and high-quality game.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide constructive feedback on all aspects of the game
