**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the dispatch department, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Coordinate with production, sales, and logistics teams to streamline dispatch operations.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock for orders and avoid overstocking.
- Implement and maintain efficient dispatch processes and procedures to improve productivity and reduce errors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Train, mentor, and supervise dispatch staff to enhance performance and professional growth.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to dispatch promptly and effectively.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on dispatch activities, including delivery schedules, inventory levels, and performance metrics.
- Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the plastic jerry can manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi, both written and spoken.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Immediate availability to join.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ajman: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
