**Job Overview**:
The Workshop Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a workshop or maintenance facility, ensuring the efficient execution of tasks and the highest standards of quality and safety. This role involves managing a team of technicians, coordinating workflow, and maintaining equipment and inventory.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Team Leadership**: Supervise and lead a team of workshop technicians, providing guidance, support, and training as needed to ensure optimal performance and productivity.

**Workflow Coordination**: Plan and schedule work assignments, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and resource availability to meet deadlines and customer requirements.

**Quality Assurance**: Monitor the quality of work performed by technicians, conducting inspections and implementing corrective actions as necessary to maintain high standards of craftsmanship and compliance with specifications.

**Equipment Maintenance**: Oversee the maintenance and repair of workshop equipment and tools, ensuring they are properly serviced, calibrated, and in good working condition to support operational needs.

**Inventory Management**: Manage inventory levels of spare parts, materials, and supplies, coordinating procurement and replenishment efforts to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization.

**Safety Compliance**: Enforce safety protocols and procedures to create a safe working environment for all workshop staff, conducting regular safety inspections and addressing any hazards or concerns promptly.

**Customer Relations**: Interface with internal departments and external customers to understand their needs, address inquiries or concerns, and provide updates on project status or service requests.

**Documentation**: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to workshop activities, including work orders, maintenance logs, inventory records, and safety reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.

**Problem Solving**: Identify technical issues or operational challenges and collaborate with team members to develop effective solutions, utilizing troubleshooting skills and expertise to resolve problems efficiently.

**Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains within the workshop, implementing best practices and recommending improvements to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:
Diploma or equivalent

Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a workshop or maintenance environment.

Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in Generator mechanical, electrical, or other relevant disciplines.

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices related to workshop operations.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

**Additional Requirements**:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Willingness to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

**Work location**: Sajjah - Sharjah

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
