Their primary responsibility is to facilitate transactions involving these metals while ensuring compliance with legal regulations and industry standards.

**Role: Sales Executive - GOLD BULLION**

**Responsibilities**:
**Buying and Selling**: Execute transactions involving precious metals, including gold, silver, platinum, and palladium. Purchase metals from individuals, businesses, and institutions, and sell them to clients, investors, and collectors.

**Market Analysis**: Stay updated with market trends, economic indicators, and news related to precious metals. Analyze supply and demand factors, price fluctuations, and geopolitical events to make informed decisions.

**Pricing and Valuation**: Determine the value of precious metals based on factors such as weight, purity, current market prices, and market conditions. Evaluate items brought for sale or trade and negotiate prices with customers.

**Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry guidelines. Maintain knowledge of anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Verify the authenticity and origin of precious metals to prevent fraud or illicit activities.

**Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and guiding customers through the buying or selling process. Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

**Inventory Management**: Manage inventory of precious metals, maintain accurate records of stock, and track sales and purchases. Coordinate with suppliers and refiners to ensure a steady supply of metals.

**Research and Networking**: Conduct research on market trends, new products, and emerging technologies related to precious metals. Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to stay updated and expand professional connections.

**Security and Safety**: Implement appropriate security measures to safeguard precious metals and prevent theft or loss. Adhere to safety protocols when handling metals, including proper storage, transportation, and disposal procedures.

**Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain detailed records of transactions, customer information, and inventory. Prepare reports on sales, profits, and market conditions for management or regulatory purposes.

**Continuous Learning**: Stay informed about changes in the precious metals industry, new regulations, and advancements in technology. Continuously develop knowledge and skills through professional development opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in precious metal trading, investment, or related fields.
- In-depth knowledge of precious metal markets, including pricing mechanisms, trading platforms, and market dynamics.
- Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to precious metal transactions.
- Strong analytical and research skills to assess market trends and make informed decisions.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Proficiency in using computer software and tools for inventory management, market analysis, and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Integrity and ethical conduct in dealing with clients and precious metals.

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
