Plasma Machine Opreator

**Responsibilities**:
**CNC Plasma Programming**:Develop and optimize CNC plasma cutting programs based on engineering drawings and specifications.
Implement efficient tool paths and cutting parameters to ensure accurate and clean cuts.

**Machine Operation and Maintenance**:Operate CNC plasma cutting machines to produce components with high precision.
Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance tasks.

**Material Preparation**:Select appropriate materials for cutting based on design requirements and material properties.
Ensure proper material loading, alignment, and clamping before initiating cutting processes.

**Quality Control**:Inspect cut components for quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications.
Address any deviations or defects promptly and make necessary adjustments.

**Process Improvement**:Identify opportunities to enhance cutting processes, reduce waste, and optimize production efficiency.
Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to provide input for design improvements.

**Safety and Compliance**:Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while operating CNC equipment.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety and cleanliness standards.

**Documentation**:Maintain accurate records of production runs, material usage, and machine maintenance.
Assist in generating reports and documentation for quality assurance purposes.

**Salary**: Up to AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
