**Job Purpose: About the role**:
Lead the creation of a world-class digital experience for Emirates Group customers, ensuring that they can ‘Fly Better’ before even reaching the skies.

As the Vice President - Digital Experience you’ll be responsible for the strategy and implementation of communication programs across Emirates and dnata’s multi-channel landscape, with the aim of driving a connected and relevant experience that leads to customer growth and profitability.

Leading a high-performing team of digital experts, you’ll collaborate extensively with fellow marketers to define and deliver world-class digital experiences, ensuring relevance and consistency across all touchpoints and journeys.

**What you will do**:

- Spearhead the creation and execution of a strategic digital experience vision for Emirates and dnata, aligning seamlessly with the Group’s Brands, effecting tangible improvements to digital program performance, aligned to the Group’s strategic goals.
- Leverage data-driven insights to elevate the digital customer experience, by improving relevance, reducing friction and by driving higher engagement across all digital channels and touchpoints.
- Drive success by seamlessly integrating technical implementation and measuring performance through analytics and testing programs. Advocate for agile program delivery, steering the evolution of Emirates' digital experience based on customer-centric data and insight.
- Identify and drive innovations and influence senior stakeholders to obtain buy-in and drive a high-quality digital experience agenda within CCMB.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of a robust digital governance framework, considering consistency, quality and functional requirements for all Group digital estates and programs.
- Manage an annual budget, working closely with Finance, CCMB, and IT to control expenditures and meet agreed targets for assigned cost centers.

**Qualifications & Experience: The job might be for you if you have**:

- Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in a Media, Digital/Communications discipline or a related field.
- 10 years experience with a leading global organization with strong online presence as well as strong strategic focus on the development of digital experience programs.
- 3 years of experience leading a high performing digital marketing/online team.

**You'll have an edge if you have**:

- Demonstrable experience of delivering a customer centric multi-channel digital customer experience for a leading global brand
- Ability to define and articulate a digital strategy that aligns with broader company strategies
- Strategically minded with an ability to translate strategy into tangible outcomes for high performing operational teams
- Effective communicator and influencer with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Solid understanding of iterative UX design approaches across multiple device types and contexts (web, mobile and retail service kiosks).
