**Job Location**: Dubai, UAE

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, including contractors, architects, and developers.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets for waterproofing products.
- Conduct site visits and provide technical consultations based on project needs.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations aligned with client requirements.
- Negotiate terms and contracts to ensure favorable outcomes for both the client and the company.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide sales reports and updates to the management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of sales experience in the construction or the waterproofing industry.
- Strong knowledge of waterproofing products and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
