Position: Housekeeping Supervisor/Cleaning Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor/Cleaning Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage a team of housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.

Assign and prioritize cleaning tasks to ensure all areas are properly maintained and cleaned according to established standards.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to hygiene protocols.

Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring their availability and proper functioning.

Coordinate with other departments to address cleaning and maintenance needs in a timely manner.

Develop and implement cleaning procedures, protocols, and guidelines to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safety procedures.

Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and best practices in the workplace.

Handle customer complaints or concerns related to housekeeping and cleaning promptly and effectively.

Generate reports on housekeeping activities, including productivity, performance, and maintenance needs.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor, Cleaning Supervisor, or similar role.

Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, techniques, and equipment.

Excellent leadership and people management skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in using cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.

Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in housekeeping and cleaning.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in housekeeping or cleaning is a plus.

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
