TruKKer is looking for a Operations Manager. This role will report to VP Operations, and work closely with the Business, Engineering, and Design teams to deliver the best experiences and business outcomes possible through leveraging technology and driving both product and business metrics around business problems that we have.

**Job functions of a **Operations Manager** in **UAE**:

- You’ll oversee a team of engaged and super-charged Trukker employees and responsible for Customer experience. There will be at least 1M issues vying for your attention on a daily basis, so you’ll need to make lightning-fast decisions. We can assure you that you’ll never get bored.
- When you’re not rolling up your sleeves solving challenges for Customer Delight and or analyzing customer and operational data with your team, you’ll be coaching on how to perfect their skills, meeting with your customers to get feedback on your services.
- You will get hands-on leadership training and learn how to motivate your team to exceed their goals. You will get lots of practice challenging the status quo, creating great new ideas to solve today’s problems and constantly, constantly looking for new ways to Delight our customers.
- Planning, organizing, and managing subordinate staff members to ensure work is completed and consistent with the company’s standards.
- Collaborating with staff members to formulate and implement transportation-related procedures as well as company margin goals and customer service objectives.
- Arranging Quality checks and audits as per agreed SLAs with customers
- Complying with transportation-related policies, as well as safety rules & government regulations.

- Minimum 3 years in a leadership role, leading people
- Preferably from an Operations background
