**Key Responsibilities**
- Establish and maintain set company standards in labour camps in accordance with Company policy and UAE laws.
- Carry out scheduled and adhoc inspection of company labour camps on a monthly basis and provide a report to the line manager on observations and areas for improvement.
- Assist the Human Resource representatives with coordinating for an communication between staff residing in the Camp as and when required.
- Ensure at all times records of employee’s allocated accommodation in the camps is updated at all times and is accessed for only who this provision has been approved.
- Monitor welfare and living conditions and from time to time recommend areas of improvement to enhance facilities provided to the Employees.
- Maintain positive working relationships with Ministry of Labour, Municipality and other external bodies regarding labour camp standards and inspections.
- Allocate rooms to new employees arriving on camp, as well as re-allocate rooms as and when required.
- Keep the concerned HR representative informed at all times on Camp utilization and capacity levels.
- Handle emergency situations and maintain control procedures in the labour camps where required bring this to the knowledge of the Human Resource representative.
- Ensure camp cleaning, safety, security and maintenance of labour camps are carried out in a timely manner.
- Monitor and control expiry dates for amenities as medicines in first aid boxes, fire extinguishers etc and where required make a recommendation to the concerned HR representative for the replenishment of the same.
- Prepare purchase requisitions for cleaning and sanitary items, medicines in first aid boxes, cooking gas and other miscellaneous items to maintain and replenish camp inventory.
- Ensure security coverage is provided 24/7 in the facilities to ensure safe living conditions for the employees.
- Assign daily tasks to the facilities officers and ensure appropriate completion of assigned tasks.

**Required Qualification / Experience / Skills**:

- High School certificate is required.
- Knowledge on Company HR & HSE policies
- Knowledge of statutory labor regulations (UAE).
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Ability to independently oversee facilities at the camp.
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with diverse nationalities and employees.
- Customer Service and Orientation.
- Organizing for results
