**Qualification and experience**:

- Possess good leadership qualities by having strong motivational, communication, team building and training skills.
- Self-motivated and have strong sales skills which includes the ability to close deals.
- Solid comprehensive knowledge of all facility operational, sales, and management systems.
- Proficient in the use of all software programs that are utilized by the Company and specifically at the facility.
- People management experience.
- Academic management qualifications or management and leadership course equivalent.
- Proven performance track record.
- Current CPR certification.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Operational Duties_
- Manage all aspects of facility operations.
- Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service in a high-volume gym and retail environment through own personal actions and employees.
- Provide effective decision-making regarding customer issues.
- Initiate and lead planning and promoting special events for the gym monthly.
- Schedule and lead weekly department meetings which includes customer service/sales department leader, fitness group and personal training department leader, child-care assistant (if applicable) and maintenance supervisor.
- Inspect facility for cleanliness using the gym daily walk-through list daily.
- Interface with retail vendors and service contractors as needed.
- Assure fitness programs and protocols are adhered to all the times by all employees in fitness department.
- Actively drive activities of fitness team via department leader or by him/herself in absence of any, on daily basis leading up to high customer satisfaction.
- Assure required licenses and club documentation is regularly updated as required by landlord and relevant authorities.
- Assure sales and front house employees are delivering high level of customer service and follow company protocols always.

Sales Duties
- Plan, execute and oversees lead generation activities and strategies for membership sales team through Company-sponsored (walk-ins and TI’s) and employee sponsored (outreach and promotions).
- Monitor daily sales activities.
- Motivate membership sales staff and monitor their production levels by using the established protocols and sales systems.
- Plan and execute daily team meetings with membership sales and fitness team.
- Plan and execute weekly 1on1 meeting with all members of the team.
- Complete mid-month and month end performance reviews with all team members.
- Assure maintaining the company protocol for sales tours, price presentation, personal training, and group fitness classes.
- Establish corporate client relationships.
- Organize marketing activities inside and outside the club premises aimed to reach out to community members and maintain relationship with customers.
- Plan, organize and oversee monthly in-club events aimed to increase customer engagement and retention.

Management Duties
- Properly delegate, monitor and evaluate specifically assigned responsibilities of all team members.
- Ensure that all staff is adhering to staff uniform policy always including uniform when on duty.
- Manage employee performance against targets and KPIs.
- Conduct employee evaluation once per month for all staff.
- Propose and coordinate all necessary disciplinary actions with HR involving all employees.
- Responsible for monitoring all incident reports filed at gym involving members and staff.
- Administers the Company’s policies and procedures.
- Coordinate coverage of all shifts with appropriate departments heads.
- Source, interview and hire employees as per budgeted and approved structure and company policy.
- Deliver employee training for their job duties and job roles periodically at least once per month in team environment.
- Constantly encourage and lead the development of fitness programs and protocols for the betterment and improvement of the same via Fitness Manager, Head Coach, Fitness Team members.
- Organize and deliver monthly club meeting and periodical events for employees to celebrate success, announce corporate news and share information related to the company and employees.

**Salary**: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
