**Job description**:
**Role and**
**responsibilities**:

**Maintenance of ADNOC inventory & data management. Manage internal and external resources required to maintain ADNOC**
**inventory. Manage SAP, InteServ and ServiceMax transactions, aligned to physical ADNOC inventory accuracy.**
- Responsible for the control and reporting of all ADNOC inventory within the Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) scope
- Ensure all transactions within the SAP database are performed in a timely manor.
- Ensure all Preservation Storage & Maintenance (PSM) activities are planned for and performed in a timely manor.
- Ensure all ADNOC inventory issues from VMI Warehouse, for delivery preparation, are planned for and performed in a timely manor
- Responsible for providing the agreed SAP data transfer and web portal SAP data access to ADNOC.
- Responsible for ADNOC and internal KPI reporting

**You are meant for this job if**:

- Robust working knowledge of SAP
- Minimum of 5 years' experience within an Oil & Gas service business environment.
