**Job Title: Hotel Night Auditor**

**Job Overview**:
As a Hotel Night Auditor, you will be responsible for overseeing the nightly operations of the hotel, including reconciling financial transactions, preparing reports, and providing exceptional guest service during the overnight shift.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Reconciliation**: Perform accurate and timely reconciliation of daily financial transactions, including room charges, cash payments, credit card transactions, and other revenue sources. Balance and close all hotel accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
- **Nightly Audit Procedures**: Conduct thorough audits of hotel systems, including the property management system (PMS), point-of-sale (POS) system, and revenue management system. Verify the accuracy of room rates, taxes, and other charges.
- **Guest Check-In and Check-Out**: Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes during the overnight shift. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues, and accommodating special requests.
- **Security and Safety Management**: Monitor hotel premises to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff during the night shift. Respond promptly to any security incidents, emergencies, or disturbances, following established protocols.
- **Report Preparation**: Prepare and distribute nightly reports summarizing hotel occupancy, revenue, and other key performance indicators (KPIs). Communicate any discrepancies or irregularities to management for further investigation.
- **Cash Handling and Banking**: Handle cash transactions, including accepting payments, providing change, and balancing cash drawers. Prepare bank deposits and ensure proper documentation of all financial activities.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Complete administrative tasks as assigned by management, such as filing paperwork, updating guest records, and organizing office supplies. Assist with special projects or initiatives as needed.
- **Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality management is a plus.
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or night audit role preferred.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
