**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales and Client Interaction**:
- Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and provide suitable property solutions.
- Actively participate in property showings, conducting tours, and explaining key features of properties.
- Negotiate property prices and terms of sale to close deals efficiently.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction throughout the buying or selling process.
- **Lead Generation and Prospecting**:
- Generate and follow up on leads through various channels such as online platforms, referrals, and networking events.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and develop lasting relationships.
- Ensure timely and effective follow-up to turn leads into closed sales.
- **Market Knowledge**:
- Stay up to date with the latest market trends, property values, and local real estate regulations.
- Provide clients with accurate and relevant market insights to assist in decision-making.
- Offer professional advice and guidance based on market knowledge.
- **Property Listings and Marketing**:
- Assist in marketing properties through online listings, social media, and other advertising channels.
- Help prepare marketing materials and property presentations for potential clients.
- Ensure all property listings are up-to-date and accurate.
- **Administrative Tasks**:
- Maintain and update client records and transaction details in the company’s CRM system.
- Handle paperwork and documentation related to property transactions, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
- Coordinate with legal teams, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
- **Customer Service**:
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Build and maintain a strong network of clients and prospects for future business opportunities.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred).
- **Experience**: Prior experience in sales, customer service, or real estate is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Skills**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Goal-oriented and results-driven.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and property types (an advantage).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
