Maven Training and Management Consulting L.L.C. is seeking experienced and dynamic freelance trainers (English and Arabic speaking) to join our team on the following specializations:

As a freelance trainer, you will have the opportunity to share your expertise and knowledge with individuals and organizations across various industries. You will deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to help participants develop new skills, enhance their performance, and achieve their professional goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training sessions on a freelance basis, either in person or virtually, depending on the requirements of the client.
- Design and develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and activities.
- Develop and customize training programs to meet the specific needs of clients.
- Deliver training sessions using effective instructional techniques and interactive methodologies.
- Provide clear explanations, examples, and practical exercises to facilitate learning and skill development.
- Assess the participant's progress and provide feedback for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate relevant information into training programs.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their training needs and objectives.
- Ensure the training materials and resources are well prepared and organized.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions and participant feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a freelance trainer or in a similar training role
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate participants during training sessions.
- Flexibility to adapt training methods and materials to different learning styles and needs
- Organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality training.
- Proficiency in using technology for virtual training sessions (video conferencing tools, learning management systems, etc.)
- Professional certifications or qualifications related to training and development are a plus.
