The hotel boasts 269 tastefully decorated rooms, each thoughtfully designed to reflect the hotel’s neighbourhood story, the story of Dubai Creek.

**Your Day to Day**

Are you a coffee maestro with a knack for crafting unforgettable brews? We're on the lookout for a spirited, innovative Head Barista to run the show at our hotel’s buzzing coffee bar This isn’t your average barista job - you’ll be the creative force behind every cup, brewing up new seasonal specialties, sourcing the finest beans, and adding a signature touch to each espresso and latte.

As our coffee guru, you’ll make menu recommendations as the go-to expert and ensure every guest enjoys a full spectrum of hot, cold, artisan, and specialty beverages, crafted to perfection. Your day-to-day will include overseeing inventory, maintaining top-notch quality control, and ensuring our coffee equipment is always in prime condition. You’ll inspire and train a team of baristas, guaranteeing that each experience is rich in flavour and sprinkled with warmth.

Reporting to the Outlet Manager, you’ll also be key in helping us create a coffee culture that keeps guests coming back for more.

**What We Need From You**

Step into the spotlight with IHG's very first lifestyle-branded hotel in the Middle East This is your chance to elevate your career in a fresh, trendsetting environment where hospitality and coffee culture meet.

With at least three years of barista experience (bonus points if you've led a team), you’ll be the mastermind behind our coffee magic. You’ve got coffee brewing down to a science, create latte art with ease, and obsess over the little details that make each cup a standout. We want someone who’s organized, tech-savvy enough to calibrate machines, troubleshoot with ease, and ready to chat with guests like they’re old friends. Most of all, you’ve got an undeniable passion for coffee that’s contagious.
