- **Summary of Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

- Perform opening procedures for the bar section.
- Create and present visually stunning and flavorfully balanced coffee beverages in accordance with fine dining standards.
- Demonstrate proficiency in various brewing techniques, including pour-over, French press, and espresso-based drinks.
- Greet and engage with guests at the coffee counter, offering a warm and personalized experience.
- Share knowledge about coffee origins, flavor profiles, and brewing methods with colleagues and guests.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to suggest coffee pairings that complement and enhance the flavors of fine dining dishes.
- Ensure impeccable presentation of coffee beverages, paying attention to details such as latte art and garnishes.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to align coffee service with the timing of dessert courses.
- Work with the management team to develop and update coffee menus, ensuring alignment with the overall dining experience.
- Maintain strict quality control over coffee beans, ensuring freshness and flavor consistency.
- Collaborate with suppliers to source premium coffee beans and other related ingredients.
- Regularly clean and maintain coffee brewing equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewing tools.
- Report any equipment malfunctions promptly to ensure seamless service.
- Accommodate special requests from guests, such as adjusting the strength or sweetness of coffee beverages.
- Customize coffee orders based on individual preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Coordinate with the serving staff to ensure timely coffee service, aligning with the overall dining experience.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in coffee preparation, equipment, and presentation.
- Attend training sessions to enhance barista skills and knowledge.

**Preferred Qualifications and Skills**
- 2-3 years bartending in a luxury establishment.
- Excellent knowledge of coffee.
- Strong commitment to service.

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Waiter: 1 year (preferred)
