Factory Manager

**Eligibility, Skills/Competencies & Responsibilities**:

- Must have proven track record of managing factory involved in Furniture, Aluminium, Marble & Granite, Modular Kitchen, Shower-glass works.
- Excellent technical knowledge of all related things required to manage a factory
- Must be able to do Materials Calculation/estimation accurately
- Must be able to do efficient Production Planning
- Has to ensure timely Production & Delivery
- Must be able to manage the whole team smartly to ensure healthy work environment
- Has to ensure the desired Quality of the works while meeting the deadline is of utmost importance
- Excellent coordination with showroom Management is highly required in terms of Pre-production Affairs, Delivery of Products and Post-sales Services
- Has to be highly disciplined and exemplary character/personality to the team
- Should be capable to motivate the team members where being self-motivated is simply a precondition

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
