Join CLYMB Abu Dhabi and manage the flow of first-time and experienced flyers within the wind tunnel, which is appropriate to their IBA qualification level. This includes class briefing/debriefing, supervision of flight classes by their level of qualification for all grades of flyers, airflow controller duties, and daily facility inspection.

Job Scope:

- Completing the daily checklists
- Enthusiastically greets the flyers in the staging/viewing area.
- Leads the flyers through the entire flight experience safely
- Verifies that each flyer has been paid
- Ensures that all flyers have signed the waiver
- Encouraged to actively report incidents and stop any work activity if they feel their safety is at risk.
- Teach flyers about safety procedures and flight procedures in a classroom environment.
- Instills confidence in the flyer with positive reinforcement and a great attitude
- Time awareness: keeps the group of flyers on schedule and moves flyers through the process.
- Ensures all flyers are correctly geared up and safe to enter the flight chamber.
- Gives the guests full attention and ensures they enjoy their time in the flight chamber.
- Alert to all safety concerns while guests are flying and able to spot flyers when necessary safely.
- Able to make suggestions to assist the flyer achieve the maximum flight experience possible.
- Alert to the position of the flyer in regard to video and photographic recording equipment.
- Sell additional minutes to guests after the initial flights.
- Push Bulk sale purchases and encourage return flyer business.
- Cleans the tunnels, returns gear to the proper location, and monitors lockers.
- Operates the airflow controls
- Manages the technical operation and maintenance of all equipment, implements preventative and routine maintenance procedures
- Assists in procuring spare parts as required to ensure the operation runs smoothly.
- Other related tasks as required.
