**Full Job Description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for real estate agents
- Provide information about properties and real estate services
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records of all interactions
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and real estate information
- update the CRM with the leads statues.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a tele sales representative or similar role
- previous experience in real estate market in UAE
- Familiarity with real estate terminology and processes
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good computer skills and knowledge of CRM software
- Positive and results-driven attitude

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

language: Urdu And English And Arabic is a must with accepted,

Nationally: Hndian nationality is a must

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
