We are seeking a talented and experienced Artists/Musicians Manager to join our team. As a Manager, you will play a crucial role in guiding and representing our artists/musicians in various aspects of their careers. You will be responsible for overseeing their professional development, managing bookings and contracts, coordinating promotional activities, and serving as a liaison between the artists/musicians and industry professionals.

**Responsibilities**:
Talent Representation: Act as the primary point of contact and advocate for artists/musicians, representing their interests in all professional matters.

Career Development: Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the careers of artists/musicians, including identifying and pursuing new opportunities for performances, collaborations, and endorsements.

Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, performance agreements, and licensing deals on behalf of artists/musicians, ensuring favorable terms and protecting their rights and interests.

Bookings and Tour Management: Manage and oversee the booking process, including securing live performances, tours, and appearances. Coordinate logistics, travel arrangements, and accommodations for artists/musicians and their teams.

Promotion and Marketing: Develop and execute promotional strategies to raise awareness and enhance the public image of artists/musicians. Coordinate with publicists, marketers, and media outlets to maximize exposure and media coverage.

Financial Management: Monitor and manage the financial aspects of artists/musicians' careers, including budgeting, revenue tracking, and royalty collection. Provide guidance on financial decisions, investments, and revenue-generating opportunities.

Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with industry professionals, including record labels, agents, promoters, and venues. Collaborate with these stakeholders to secure advantageous deals, partnerships, and opportunities for artists/musicians.

Brand Development: Assist artists/musicians in developing and maintaining a unique brand identity. Advise on image, styling, and overall artistic direction, ensuring consistency and authenticity.

Legal and Contractual Compliance: Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Ensure compliance with copyright, licensing, and intellectual property rights, and provide guidance to artists/musicians on legal matters as needed.

Team Management: Build and manage a team of professionals, such as tour managers, publicists, and social media managers, to support the artists/musicians' careers effectively.

Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience as an Artists/Musicians Manager, preferably in the music industry. Demonstrated success in guiding the careers of artists/musicians is highly desirable.

Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the music industry, including current trends, market dynamics, and industry practices. Familiarity with various music genres is an asset.

Business Acumen: Strong business and financial acumen, including budgeting, negotiation skills, and contract management.

Networking Skills: Excellent networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish connections with industry professionals and key stakeholders.

Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with artists/musicians, team members, and industry professionals.

Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and find creative solutions.

Passion for Music: Genuine passion for music and a strong understanding of artists' creative processes, enabling you to provide meaningful guidance and support.

Professionalism: Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all interactions and business dealings.

Flexibility: Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate artists' schedules and live performances.

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
