**The opportunity**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the performance testing efforts for multiple projects concurrently, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
- Develop comprehensive performance test strategies, plans, and schedules based on project requirements and performance objectives.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to define performance test requirements and success criteria.
- Identifying, evaluating, and choosing the best tool for that fits the organization performance test objectives.
- Execute performance tests using industry-standard tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, RPT, Neoload, Loadninja or Gatling.
- Analyze test results, identify performance issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Provide recommendations for performance improvements based on test findings and analysis.
- Automate performance testing processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Continuously evaluate and improve performance testing processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, tools, and technologies in performance testing and incorporate them into the testing practices as appropriate.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum **7+ **Years in Software Testing and at least **3+ **years of experience in performance testing of **Java **based** Low latency, **High volume **OLTP systems.**:

- Proficiency in performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Neoload, RPT, loadninja etc.
- Good coding skills in any programming language like Java or C etc. is must
- Strong understanding of web technologies, protocols, and architectures (HTTP, HTTPS, REST, SOAP, TCP/IP, etc.).
- Experience with performance monitoring and profiling tools.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB Certified Tester, Certified Performance Testing Professional) are a plus.
