We are actively seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team, should have well contacts and networks in schools, nurseries, commercial play areas, hotel leisure facilities & residential projects.

The position presents a thrilling chance to lead our sales initiatives, actively shaping the growth and prosperity of our business, at the same time improving your own experience and life position.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential clients in the market, including schools, childcare centers, interior designers, and individual customers, to promote our kids furniture, play equipment, and fit-out solutions.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends to develop effective sales strategies.
- Present product offerings to clients, addressing their specific requirements and providing tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to boost sales.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports to management, detailing sales activities, achievements, and challenges faced.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for business growth.
- Make outgoing calls to customers to advise them of products and services that may be of interest to them.
- Explain products and service features to clients.
- Pass on leads to the outbound sales team if applicable.
- Upsell and cross-sell other products that may be useful for clients.
- Understand the customers' needs and tailor the service to their needs.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Tele-Sales Executive in the industry of kids furniture, play & outdoor play equipment, interior design and fit out.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive attitude towards achieving targets.
- Knowledge of kids furniture, play equipment, and fit-out products is a must.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Excellent presentation skills and attention to detail.
