**Brief Description**:
The job holder is responsible for offering customers financial guidance, advising on suitable products and services, and assisting with their banking needs. The role requires the job holder to provide customers with information on financial products and services and also explore opportunities for cross-selling during customer interactions. The job holder should combine meeting financial targets with providing excellent customer service in order to achieve their set targets.

**Detailed Description**:

- At Least 1 - 3 years of UAE banking direct sales experience in **multi products/employee banking is mandatory **.
- Excellent sales performance record in Cross selling of accounts, deposits, assets, sharia complaint financing, credit cards - through acquisition of payroll relationships with employers across UAE.
- Promote and update customers about Emirates Islamic Payroll proposition and actively outline our unique products and services features & benefits.
- Achieve cross selling referrals target of non-assigned products and services to contribute to the revenues and market presence.
- Regular visits and interaction with portfolio companies to ensure customer/ key contacts satisfaction with the services provided by the bank.
- Manage key accounts and relationships to ensure superior services and customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Good knowledge of UAE market, existing policies and existing customers based on quality service.
- Can achieve aggressive sales targets.
