**Key Responsibilities**:
**- Administrative Support**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and organize meetings.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain organized records and files.

**- Event Coordination**:

- Assist in the planning and coordination of events.
- Liaise with vendors, sponsors, and participants to ensure smooth event execution.
- Prepare event materials, such as schedules, programs, and promotional items.
- Assist with on-site event management and logistics.

**- Personal Assistance**:

- Assist management with personal tasks and errands as needed.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.

**- Communication**:

- Act as a point of contact between the management team and internal/external stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively to ensure clear and timely information flow.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Administrative Assistant.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Interest in the motorsports industry is a plus.
- Flexibility to work 22 hours per week with time flexibility for occasional weekends or events.
