- Hold a Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a QA role, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Have extensive knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

- Demonstrate strong skills in assessing data quality.
- Show a track record of crafting clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Be familiar with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

- Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities and exceptional attention to detail.
- A background in the health, finance, or climate industry is a plus.
