Chat Customer Service Executive

Open to work - 8 hours a day (10 am -6 pm), 5 days a week
- Can join immediately (preferably within 1-2 weeks on offer agreement).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is mandatory
- Friendly, affable, and patient personality
- Pro-active problem-solving skills
- 1-2 years experience in customer service management is mandatory
**Responsibilities**:
- Engage with customers via online chat and social media channels to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product/service information.
- Assist customers with order placement, order tracking, returns/refunds, and account-related tasks.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to appropriate teams for resolution.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in CRM software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to response times, customer satisfaction, and quality of service.
- Translate posts for social media and pre-scheduling social media posts once a month
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is mandatory
- Strong empathy and patience when dealing with customer inquiries and concerns.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
- Solid problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.
- Knowledge of the company's products or services is a plus, with a willingness to learn and stay updated on product/service offerings.
**Education and Experience**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or related roles is advantageous.
