**About The Role**

Atlantis, Dubai, is a truly extraordinary, intriguing, and unique entertainment destination resort, and we currently have an opportunity for an experienced Team leader to join our amazing Kids Club team at Atlantis, The Royal At Atlantis, The Royal, we strive to create a destination experience that’s not only unforgettable throughout each customer’s stay, but truly memorable for a lifetime.

Are you an energetic person with a passion for action-filled recreation? Do you have experience caring for and ensuring the safety of our young minds? Are you a versatile person who can cope with different challenging situations while maintaining high luxury standards? Are you confident, creative, and comfortable communicating at all levels and enjoy a fast-paced working environment thinking on the spot and on your toes? The Team Leader, Kids Club will help to maintain and action the day to day guest activities operations.

As a Team leader, you will direct the planning and implementation of our resort activities and events. This position arranges sponsors, plan and schedule events for all groups within the resort, as well as private events at the resort facilities. The Team Leader will help cultivate and support a team culture that values collaboration, creativity, and excellence.

**About You**

As a passionate professional with 2 or more years of experience in supervising children activities, you will have the opportunity to enhancing your customer service skills whilst gaining experience in a highly awarded five-star hotel. Exercising your wealth of knowledge in recreational activities, arts & craft, events and child play, you are sure to gain opportunities in our large and expanding properties that will position you towards your taking your next career leap. A childcare qualification is advantageous.
