**Project Manager’s Job Description**

**1. **Understanding the contract requirements, planning and effective overall management of important project orders.

**2. **Define & develop comprehensive project scope and objectives for flawless execution of procurement, production, assembly, testing of products in close coordination with the internal departments, sub-vendors and customers.

3. Manage change requests to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques and ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.

4. Identify & perform risk management to minimize potential risks in the project.

5. Responsible for the documentation of important milestones and take full responsibility for costs, deadlines, deliverables, quality and customer satisfaction.

6. Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques

7. Arrange meeting with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.

8. Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information and report the progress of the project to the division and executive management.

9. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

10. Use and continually develop thoughtful leadership skills for effective project management

11. Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.

12. Lead an experienced project team, identify and resolve issues with overall responsibility

13. Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients by strong interpersonal skills.

14. Submitting project deliverables by ensuring that they adhere to quality standards and obtain customer acceptance.

15. Perform other related duties as assigned by superiors.

**Project Manager Requirements**:
a) A bachelor’s degree majored in a mechanical engineering or related field.

b) Min. 8 to 10 years proven project management experience in large scale offshore, oil&gas, petrochemical, EPC projects.

c) Ability to lead project teams of various sizes, sub-vendors and see them through to completion.

d) Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.

e) Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

f) Good knowledge of valves, able to read drawings, understands production techniques and process.

g) Able to adapt within the team and complete projects in a timely manner.

h) Understanding of ERP implementation.

i) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and ARABIC
