The Role

**Cash Management**: - Develop and implement strategies for efficient cash management and liquidity optimization. - Monitor daily cash balances and forecast short-term and long-term cash needs. Risk Management: - Identify and assess financial risks related to currency, interest rates, and market conditions. - Implement risk mitigation strategies and hedge where appropriate. Bank Relationship Management: - Manage relationships with financial institutions, negotiating terms and optimizing banking services. - Evaluate and select banking partners based on cost-effectiveness and service quality. Investment Management: - Oversee the investment of excess cash, ensuring compliance with investment policies. - Evaluate investment opportunities and recommend strategies to maximize returns. Debt Management: - Develop and execute strategies for debt financing, including negotiations and structuring. - Monitor and manage existing debt obligations, ensuring compliance with covenants. Treasury Reporting: - Prepare regular reports on treasury activities, cash positions, and financial risk exposures. - Provide insights and analysis to senior management for decision-making. Compliance: - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to treasury and financial operations. - Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and advise on their impact.

**Requirements**:

- Must be a Chartered Accountant (CA). - 6-7 years of progressive experience in treasury and financial management. - Strong knowledge of financial markets, treasury operations, and risk management. - Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills. - Analytical mindset with attention to detail. - Effective communication and leadership skills.
