**Responsibilities**:
Client Relationship Management:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their travel preferences, and providing personalized travel solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert advice on travel destinations, itineraries, and activities.
- Proactively communicate with clients to understand their changing travel needs and provide appropriate recommendations.

Travel Planning and Booking:

- Assist clients in planning their travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities, based on their preferences, budget, and time constraints.
- Utilize booking systems and online platforms to research, compare, and book flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends, including visa requirements, travel advisories, and safety guidelines, to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

- Promote and sell various travel packages, including vacation packages, cruises, and group tours, to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional travel services and products to clients, maximizing their travel experience and the company's revenue.

Customer Service and Issue Resolution:

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the travel booking process, promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns, and issues.
- Handle and resolve any travel-related problems or complaints in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining the company's reputation.

Documentation and Administration:

- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all required travel documentation, such as tickets, vouchers, itineraries, and invoices.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, bookings, and payments using appropriate systems and software.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Travel Consultant in the travel industry.
- In-depth knowledge of travel destinations, attractions, and industry trends.
- Proficiency in using booking systems, online travel platforms, and reservation software.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to handle client inquiries and complaints in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple client bookings simultaneously.
- Familiarity with travel regulations, visa requirements, and safety guidelines.
- Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
