Pa & Executive Assistant to CEO

Millennium is setting up a branch office in Dubai, UAE and is looking fior dynamic & talented individuals to join their team.
**Responsibilities**:
1) Provide Admin Support to Set up the New Branch;
2) Able to liase with Govt Departments, Contractors, Banks etc;
3) Independently execute staff hiring plan;
4) Daily communication with Overseas, Admin, HR and Finance Dept, as well as the management team in HQ and other branch offices;
5) Other tasks assigned by CEO and management team.
6) Travel as required to HQ and possible customer locations.
7) Ability to face and work with clients as required
Job requirements:
1- Fluent in English, spoken and written, other languages a benefit;
2- Good skills in recruitment of sales and design staff;
3- Strong ability in communication, reporting following-up and problem solving;
4- Well organized, flexible, efficient, and detailed focus.
**Salary**: AED7,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
