**Purpose of the role**:
The Social Media Content Creator cum Digital Marketing Intern will be responsible for crafting engaging social media content, supporting our digital marketing initiatives, and fostering our online community.

His/her day-to-day tasks will include creating unique posts for our social media platforms including but not limited to Tik Tok Videos, Reels etc., assisting with marketing campaigns and analyzing digital marketing metrics. S/he will be a key player in communicating our brand voice and message online, all while learning about the ins and outs of social media management and digital marketing strategies.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research**: Conducting market and competitive research to better understand trends, audience behavior, and the competitive landscape. This information can inform future strategies and campaigns.
- **Reporting**: Helping create reports that present campaign performance and insights clearly and effectively. These reports may be used by the wider marketing team or other stakeholders to inform decision-making.
- **Collaboration**: Working closely with other team members, including content creators, designers, and others to ensure that all marketing efforts are aligned and working towards the same goals.
- **A/B Testing**: Assisting with the execution and analysis of A/B tests to improve campaign performance.
- **Content Planning and Creation**: Assist in developing monthly content calendars that align with our marketing plan and overarching strategy. This includes generating compelling written content in English for consistent, always-on brand engagement across our social media platforms.
- **Social Media Management**: Oversee and monitor all our social media platforms and campaigns, ensuring our online presence is active, engaging, and responsive to our audience. This includes routinely checking posts, comments, and messages for user engagement.
- **Trend Analysis and Consumer Insight Research**: Stay updated with the latest social trends and conduct thorough analysis of consumer insights. Utilize these findings to generate actionable recommendations that further enhance our social media strategies and initiatives.
- **Community Management**: Lead community management duties such as posting timely and relevant content, moderating discussions, and assigning tasks as needed. Foster a vibrant and positive environment that encourages active participation from our community members.
- **Content Creation and Live Event Coverage**: Create engaging content that resonates with our audience, capturing their interest and fostering interaction. This includes providing real-time social media coverage of relevant events to enhance audience engagement (Eg: Shorts, Reels, Stories).
- **Performance Reporting**: Develop comprehensive monthly reports that analyze performance metrics across all our social platforms. Monitor these metrics to ensure they align with our brand's KPIs and leverage these insights to refine our strategies.
- **Brand Ambassador Program Management**: Assist in managing Fuel-Up's brand ambassador program. This involves coordinating with ambassadors, facilitating their needs, and ensuring their activities effectively promote our brand's vision and values.

**Professional Requirements**:

- Fresh graduate.
- 0 - 1 year of experience is preferred.
- Aware of the latest trends and practices in digital marketing & social media.
- Experience or familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Dashboard, and Social Media Management is preferable.
- Prior experience in marketing/content creation preferred.
- Good videography skills.
- Video editing skills are a bonus, not a requirement.
- Familiarity with Canva, Capcut or similar editing apps are preferred.
- Familiarity with Tik Tok is preferred.
- Must have knowledge/ experience in UGC content creation.
