We are seeking an experienced **Sales Promoter** to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Promoter in the food industry, you will be responsible for showcasing our products and engaging with customers to boost sales. Your primary focus will be on delivering outstanding customer experiences while meeting sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Product Promotion**: Effectively promote our food products to potential customers, highlighting their unique features and benefits.

**Customer Engagement**: Engage with customers in a friendly and informative manner, answering questions and providing product information.

**Sales Generation**: Achieve and exceed sales targets through persuasive selling techniques and product knowledge.

**Demonstrations**: Conduct product demonstrations and tastings to create an interactive and memorable experience for customers.

**Travel**: Willingness to travel to any emirate within the region to represent our products at various events, exhibitions, and retail locations.

**Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective promotional strategies.

**Inventory Management**: Monitor product inventory and communicate restocking needs to ensure product availability at all times.

**Reporting**: Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.

**Qualifications**:

- **Previous Food Industry Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales promotion within the food industry is required.
- **Charming and Enthusiastic Personality**: Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and captivate potential customers.
- **Sales Skills**: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and a track record of successful product promotion.
- **Flexibility**: Must be willing to travel and work under pressure in various locations and events.
- **Self-Motivated**: Highly motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a team's success.
- **Customer-Oriented**: Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- **Availability**: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED3,500.00 per month
